Our partner facilities
These are the clinics and hospitals that treat DOGO patients. They are established local facilities with qualified medical staff. We do not run them and we do not employ their doctors.

Why these places
The communities we choose have three things in common. Household incomes are low enough that a three pound bill is genuinely prohibitive. There are functioning clinics with qualified staff, so the medicine is not the missing piece. And there is no existing mechanism for somebody to have their bill covered.
That last point is the one that people underestimate. The doctors exist. The clinics exist. The patients are already walking past the door. The only thing missing has ever been someone to settle the bill.
Working without reliable internet
Many of these communities have no dependable internet connection. That shaped the design of the whole system. The six-digit DOGO ID works because it is a number a person can carry in their head or on a slip of paper. Some of our stands run on satellite connections, which is how we have been able to set up a working stand in a matter of days without anyone travelling to the site first.
Partner hospitals in these regions have, unprompted, offered discounted rates for patients we send them. That is not something we asked for. It happens because the alternative was those patients not being treated at all.

Set up a £5 monthly donation and we will show you exactly who it treated. In Nigeria, £5 covers one person's entire treatment, usually with change.
