For clinics and hospitals

We are actively signing up new partner facilities. If you run a clinic or hospital in a community where people are going untreated because of cost, this page explains exactly what partnering involves.

What a partnership is

You treat patients who arrive with a six-digit DOGO ID. You record the treatment and its itemised cost in the DOGO Keeper app. We verify the record and settle the bill directly with you.

You continue to run your facility, employ your staff, and make your own clinical decisions. We do not manage care and we do not interfere in treatment. We pay.

How billing works

  1. A patient arrives with a DOGO ID issued at one of our stands.
  2. Your clinical staff treat them as they would any patient.
  3. You record what was provided, itemised, in DOGO Keeper.
  4. The record reaches our team, who verify it.
  5. Funds are sent directly to the facility.

The constraint you should know about

Doctors cannot create cases in Keeper. You can only treat and document cases that were already registered at a DOGO stand.

We are upfront that this is a control, and about why it exists. It protects the integrity of the system for everyone, including you: it means no facility can be accused of billing for patients who were never seen, because the case always originates with us.

What we look for in a partner

  • Qualified medical staff and a functioning facility.
  • Willingness to itemise treatment costs honestly.
  • Serving a community where cost is genuinely preventing people from seeking care.

What we currently cover

Everyday primary care: consultations, tests, medication, dressings. We do not currently fund major surgery or long-term specialist care. See what we treat.

Our existing partners

We work with 15 facilities across Nigeria and Uganda. The published list is on where we work.

How to register your facility

Write to info@dogoapp.org with your facility's name, location, the services you provide and a contact. A person will get back to you. A person will read it and reply.

Give someone a treatment

Set up a £5 monthly donation and we will show you exactly who it treated. In Nigeria, £5 covers one person's entire treatment, usually with change.

Three ways to give, all working right now:

Monthly from £5, one-off from £10. Cancel any time from the app. Questions first? Write to info@dogoapp.org.
